Five9 Technologies and Technology Leaders Association today announced a program to provide IT executives in transition free ITIL awareness and version 3 Foundations training. 

Along with Five9’s worldwide training content provider, ITpreneurs, this program allows IT executives currently not employed to round out their IT best practice knowledge and capabilities as well as earn a certification to assist them in their career search efforts.
